Where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered you can return within 30 days of the delivery date. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteenth day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I know which size to choose?
Our pieces are designed to feel free and flattering. You’ll find size guidance on each product page, or reach out to us for personal advice. We’re happy to help.
How should I care for my Teder piece?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and label. In general, we recommend dry cleaning, gentle washing, low temperatures, and air drying. Treat your clothes with softness…they’ll return the favor.
Where are your clothes made?
Each Teder piece is thoughtfully crafted in small quantities by our trusted network from China through Istanbul to Portugal. We work closely with trusted partners who share our values of quality and care.
