Founder
Tosca Soraya Otten is a Dutch-Indonesian designer with a deep-rooted fascination for construction and comfort. Through her work she’s exploring how clothes connect us through expressing cultural fluidity and sensory emotions.
She studied at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute and the Institut Français de la Mode in Paris. Then she refined her skills at Maison Cacharel and ILJA, before launching her own creative journey.
With Teder, Tosca brings together classical tailoring and oversized silhouettes to create pieces that feel both powerful and soft on the body and mind.
Brand Story
Teder /te.der/ named after the Dutch word for tenderness – is a brand shaped by feeling.
Our collections are built through intuitive construction,being in constant dialogue with the body. We design for comfort, movement, and ease creating garments that support you. Each piece begins with the experience of the female body: how it moves and what it needs. Teder selects materials that comfort the senses: soft on the skin, grounding in presence.
